Epic Journey: Part 10

HOLY TAMALES! *gasp*

I don't think I've ever been so busy! 

I am totally in love with working at the Zoo. I hardly ever get the same assignment twice in a row, and Stephanie (the actual Zoo tog I'm "working" for) is just the sweetest person! So far I've had a few of my assignments used for public/promotional purposes - one for a flyer/poster and I found out today that two of my others will be used in the next Zoo magazine!! Super Duper!

My Corp/Indy class is going pretty well I think... I still need to reshoot an assignment, but at least I turned something in to hold my place, so to speak. He didn't hate them, so I'm not toooooo worried!

Ok, so it's not quite NIGHT photography, but this place doesn't have any working useful lights so I had to go a little early to catch the sunset. The awesome colors mostly come from the HDR effects I used on each of them. The sunset was nice on its own, don't get me wrong, but DIZAM! Look at THAT sky! Tee hee ^_^

This past weekend I did a session for some of the cutest, most polite children you'd ever hope to meet. Articulate and courteous and the whole 9 yards! I now only hope I can make the pictures as good as they are >.<  I mean, for cryin out loud, the daughter wrote me a THANK YOU LETTER!!

Bonus - since we were already at the Arboretum for the portraits I took a few other pics for my own amusement. See how amused I was?

So - in addition to the garden that is in addition to the Ninja classes that were in addition to the Zoo internship that is in addition to the 3 days of school, I STILL make time to hang out with mah girly! Every few weeks we set aside one evening for "Girl's Night"

So, I may be super busy, but I feel like maybe I'm accomplishing something!
